For purchases totaling 22,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping costs will be covered by MAR. However, if the delivery address is Okinawa or a remote island, shipping charges will apply regardless of the purchase amount.

■Invoice Unless the person placing the order and the recipient are different, we will issue an official invoice and deliver it along with your package.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped in the order they arrive. If you order multiple items along with a pre-ordered item, the items will be shipped together with the item with the latest shipping date.

The shipping company will store your package for one week from the date of initial shipment. If your package exceeds this period, it will be returned to us and your order will be canceled.

In this case, please note that we will charge you for the round-trip shipping fee. This also applies if we are unable to deliver the item due to an unknown address, etc.
